SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all US orders of $50 and up via USPS First Class Mail, which will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If your order is not over $50, we have a $5 flat rate shipping option so you never pay more than $5 or you can choose the USPS calculated rate that works best for you if it's less than $5. Once the package has shipped, there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time based on USPS lead times. We cannot make guarantees on the speed in which USPS delivers orders and are not responsible for items delayed by USPS. We do not ship outside of the US at this time. 

You will receive an email with confirmation once your order is placed and another email upon shipment with a tracking number for your reference. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

 

RETURN POLICY

All jewelry, accessories and gifts are FINAL SALE. Pre-order items are FINAL SALE. Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Clothing items (excluding pre-sale) may be returned FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY unworn with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date. We do not offer free returns. You will pay shipping back to us (or may drop off if you're local to Dallas) and we recommend using a trackable return shipping method just in case. Please email us for the address to ship returns back to. Once returns are received and approved we will issue your store credit.
